Prep was overall really fun, however it was one of the biggest hurdle I had to endure. Justin is a very knowledgeable and attentive to your preferences and needs, he will customize every detail of your prep to your liking. The hardest part for me was managing my time between school / work and an hour and a half of training and two hours of cardio per day on top of my social life.

Justin always finds a way to make me smile even though every time I saw him, he would take down my carbs and up my cardio. I’d be moody, hungry and tired but when he screamed “LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!!” at the last set of 152816 reps of barbell curls at our midnight workout, he still managed to make me laugh through the pain.

Checks-in were a very stressful part of the process. Justin is a perfectionist and wants to bring the best out of you. You have to be on point and ready to showcase your best self.

This was an incredible experience and I’m really glad I had chosen Justin as a coach. He pushed me to limits I have never thought I could reach and kicked me out of my comfort zone. I’ll be forever grateful for his talent and patience.

This competition was the biggest challenge of my life not only it asked me to lose weight and build muscle mass, but it forced me to have self-confident and show myself on stage in front of people in a tiny bikini. Never could I have succeeded without hearing Justin little voice telling me that I was pretty and able, that I deserved my place with the others, on stage. Justin had to endure my hysterical moments, crying.

Did not matter what was happening, Justin was always able to make me laugh and push me to the best of my abilities. And yes, I hated him for the 2hr 15 of cardiovascular and endless work outs. But for the 1st time in my life, because of Justin, I was able to look at myself in the mirror and find myself beautiful in a bikini

I came away from my nationals prep with Justin with a great experience. Justin was both always easily accessible when I needed him as well as able to know how to push me to my limit. Having both a work and school schedule to balance in the process of the 16 weeks I was with him, he was always understanding of my time restraints and worked around them.

My name is Jill Frank, and I trained with Justin for 18 weeks in preparation for a bikini competition. Over the course of our time together I spent countless hours on the Stairmaster literally walking my ass off. Justin pushed me to limits that I have never thought possible, and helped me attain goals I have been trying to reach for a decade. At 22 years old, Justin helped me accomplish what I thought was impossible! After long 18 weeks I had lost 55 pounds and turned my life around. When I first met Justin, we talked about my fitness goals and what I wanted out of these sessions with him. I told him that I wanted to shred down for the summer and see what’s been hiding behind my excess body fat. I had also mentioned to him that I eventually wanted to compete in a men’s physique show in a couple of years, fearing that I wouldn’t be ready anytime soon. After 5 months of intense training and strict dieting, Justin approached me with the idea of competing 2 months from then. At first I was unsure about it – I didn’t think it would be possible so soon. Even after months of shrugging off his suggestions, he continued to push me to go after my dream of being on stage. After seeing the results achieved under his wing, I took the leap of faith and trusted him to prep me for my first competition. I write this today, having placed 3rd in the 2017 APQ Coupe Espoir as a Men’s Physique athlete, none of which would have been possible without Justin.

I can’t begin to thank him for all he has done for me. I am, to this day, insanely impressed by the knowledge that Justin has, and his amazing ability to guide his athletes in their fitness goals – whatever they may be. Justin never gave up on me, even when I was giving up on myself; he saw something in me and helped me achieve one of my dreams, and for that I am forever grateful. He is a true friend and a hell of a trainer.

Bodybuilding is a passion of mine that started as a journey to one up my old man. Since the age of 14 I’ve been lifting weights and playing contact sports with the intentions of surpassing him, however down the road I realized bodybuilding is an individual sport. You versus your past self. For years it was working for me and then just like that I plateaued, a bodybuilder’s nightmare.

Burdened by the fact that I might not overcome this blockade I resorted to a personal trainer. In all honesty I never trusted them because they never knew what my goals were and how to help me achieve them…all the saw was my money. However after meeting Justin that all changed. This m@$%&er pushed my limits and made me realize how weak and amateur I was. At first I was like wtf then it came to me that he too wanted me to be better, stronger and more confident.

He lead me through my 1st show in 2014 and I’ve been under his council ever since. This guy is not only my trainer, he’s my friend and I want to bring him 1st place the next time I get on stage

Growing up I was always the scrawny kid. I got bullied pretty badly at times and it was rough. When I was 18, I’d had enough and knew it was time to make a change. I was tired of not being comfortable in my own skin. Starting off in the gym I had friends that showed me the basics and since I had always been an athlete I picked things up quickly. After about 6 months of training I met Justin and have been training with him ever since. I started at 120 pounds soaking wet and just under 4 years later I’ve made it into the 190s. Justin has this amazing ability to get into your head and push you to levels you never thought possible. The next step for us is to compete at CBBF nationals and get the IFBB pro card. There’s no stopping us… just need to keep grinding.

My opinion on training is that you need to be experimental and have fun with it. There’s no freedom quite like pushing yourself and letting go of everything else.
